Aeon
Aeon is a 3D environment with VR support, where the user runs an island that tells about the prequel to the main story of Aeon.
Settings
Mobile
Normal mode:
- Load completely site in a browser.
- Hold up your phone and move it around to "look", or touch to walk.
VR mode:
- Load completely site in a browser.
- Connect gamepad per Android or iOS.
- Tap the "VR" icon button, and drop your phone in a Cardboard holder.
To consider
- Compatible WebGL browser is required.
- The recommended browsers: Chromium, Google Chrome Canary or Firefox Nightly
- Latest generation phones with top GPU’s.
- On iPhone 6s Plus consider to disable Safari Tab Bar for better fullscreen experience.
- Tested only on SteelSeries Stratus XL gamepad on Android and Mac OS X.
Desktop
Normal mode:
- Load completely site in a browser.
- Use keboard
wasd keys to move and mouse/trackpad to rotate the camera.
VR mode:
- Install Oculus Runtime.
- Install experimental build of Chromium or Firefox Nightly.
- Installare WebVR plugin for Firefox Nightly.
- Connect your gamepad (optional).
- Load completely site in a browser.
- Connect Oculus Rift.
- Click the "VR" icon button.
To consider
- Windows is required for better working with Oculus Rift.
- Medium to high-end range GPU and CPU is required.
- You may need to re-open the browser after connecting Oculus Rift.
- Tested only on SteelSeries Stratus XL gamepad.
